·        Order Processing and shipping

Order processing times: Online orders take 3-5 days to process, special orders can take 10-15 days depending on the item and amount ordered. Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will be processed on the following Monday, Tuesday if a Monday Holiday.

·        For online purchases in stock items are shipped after processing. Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will be processed on the following Monday, Tuesday if a Monday Holiday.

·        Shipping methods: -USPS Ground Advantage-Flat rate shipping per item/order is calculated at checkout. You will receive via email a tracking number. ·        Shipping rates: $10.00 per order; $1.50 each additional item

·        Shipping restrictions: Sophies Soaps and Candles ships within the 50 states.

·        Return policy summary: All Sales are Final. If an item is damaged/broken in shipment. Please submit a picture of the damaged item with your order number for easy reference and we will be happy to replace your item free to charge.
